Warranty

Two-year warranty

All Penclic products are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

Limited 2 Year Warranty

Penclic AB warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for a period two (2) years from the date of purchase by an end-user customer (“the Limited Warranty”). This Limited Warranty is limited to replacement or credit, at Penclic AB’s option, upon return of the defect product, along with original receipt of purchase, to the place of purchase.

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage from every day wear and tear or from transportation. This Limited Warranty applies only if the product (1) is used according to the instructions furnished by Penclic AB; (2) is not misused or abused; and (3) there is no evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, modification or repair without the approval of Penclic AB or damage done to the product by anyone other than Penclic AB.

 

PENCLIC AB DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATION AS TO SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, QUALITY AND ABSENCE OF HIDDEN DEFECTS, AND ANY REMEDY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WHICH BUT FOR THIS PROVISION, MIGHT ARISE BY IMPLICATION, OPERATION OF LAW, CUSTOM OF TRADE OR COURSE OF DEALING, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, PENCLIC AB FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, EXPENSES, INCONVENIENCES, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, SECONDARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OWNERSHIP OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS.

Shipping & Returns

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not picked up at your post office within 14 days, Penclic reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

 

Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. Penclic is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Penclic suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Penclic will make a refund of eligible returns (excluding freight and administration charge). If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

 

Our Return Policy

• You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
• The product must be in new condition.
• To avoid any customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.
• If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee

Please contact Penclic before returning any items. It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Penclic and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

Keyboards

My keyboard does not seem to charge. What should I do?

Evaluate whether the problem is with the usb cord, the keyboard or the battery. See if the the keyboard will work in wired mode by pressing “FN+2” switch to wired connection.

If you feel the issue is the battery and your product is still within the warranty period, reach out to our customer support team and we will assist you.
